      Great comparison metric. I like to look at profit margins and ROE. EPS can be manipulated so easily. e.g. accelerate depreciation expense or borrow money and buy back shares.

To increase one it is at the expense of one or both of the other two. More and more doctors are beginning to refuse government sponsored health care programs, e.g. Medicare.
