Stephen Oakes is an experienced financial titan from New York who brings Wall Street to Main Street. Over the past 11 years, he has developed and tested the renown, Oakes Momentum System, which uses a unique constellation of technical indicators to find timely buy and sell points.

Stephen grew up in New York where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Information & Analysis and a Masters of Business Administration in the United States at Clarkson University. Shortly after, he studied the economic environment of Asia-Pacific and Japanese-American competition and strategy at the Rheims School of Management in France.

He began his career by gaining valuable experience as a Portfolio Manager in the financial management and banking industries, ultimately landing an Editorial role with an independent research firm in Baltimore, Maryland, doing what he does best: conducting equity research.
